Zarifa started her real estate career as a member of the Home Builders Association where she gained extensive knowledge on the building and development side of real estate construction.
Her focus on relationship building, attention to details and personable approach earned her recognition in the industry and her accomplishments are noticed. In a short time she was recruited to represent high end custom builders. This experience allowed her to work closely with the affluent community and get a better understanding of their unique needs.

What inspired you to become a REALTOR:
From a young age, I’ve always loved math but many careers around numbers never felt fulfilling. I wanted a career that would have a huge impact on people’s lives. Going through the experience of buying and selling our first two homes, I realized how impactful the role of a REALTORĀ® is during the transaction. I realized the difference a good Real Estate Agent makes when it comes to one of our biggest investments. That’s when I decided to join my love for numbers with my passion for making a difference and became a REALTORĀ®.
What do you love about your job:
I love the opportunity this career gives me to never stop learning and always to challenge myself. I love the challenge of exceeding my client’s expectation and seeing a big smile on their faces when they sell their homes and help them buy the right home.
What sort of Clients do you enjoy working with:
As I mentioned my love for challenge before. I love working with client who are seasoned in the market. Being an entrepreneur myself, I love working with other business minded clients, they always turn from clients to friends.
What do you do when you’re not working:
Going out with the family anywhere from travelling to hiking to even going out for breakfast, or reading a book while listening to some meditating beats in the background.
What do people remember about you the most:
How I made them feel! I love sharing what I’ve learnt so far from the “Earth School” with others. That’s the most common feedback I’ve received from those that are around me. And my goal is to continue inspiring others to be the best version of themselves.

We were very lucky to have Moe, Zarifa, and his team help us both find our new home and sell our starter home. Moe was knowledgeable, patient, funny, and very hard working.
