Moe gave us practical and honest advice in preparing our house for the market. He took a good look at what's currently happening in the housing market around our area, analyzing asking prices of other houses and how long they have been in the market. Showed us the importance of proper timing. My wife and I are very happy with our decision of choosing Moe for our broker, and most importantly got a good offer for our house.

I'm really happy with the service Moe provided. He's a hard working guy and we met him by chance as he was walking around our street introducing himself to people. As a former salesperson myself, I'm turned right off by anyone too pushy. He just wasn't like that; friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, patient and funny are words I'd use to describe Moe. We had to haul 2 small kids around with us and he would literally sit with our daughter in her stroller if she was fussing and keep her calm while we looked around houses. He also has a whole team of useful experts to help you out; amazing when you have small kids. I highly recommend! -

I am so happy that we were referred to Moe. From the beginning Moe took his time to explain all of steps in listing our property, what to expect and guided us throughout the entire process. Moe and his team were extremely professional and it showed not only in our dealings but in their work, from marketing to negotiations to closing the deal. Working with Moe to find our first home was an experience we will always remember. He was very patient, kind and helpful. We had a lot of fun working with Moe. We where sad to find out he moved to Ontario and we weren’t able to use him with our next home purchase! We highly recommend him as you won’t have a better experience with another agent. We were searching for a good real state agent to sell my house and I came across Moe. I must say that he got me in our first meeting. His professionalism and presentation is outstanding. We still met a few times until we signed with him. We got the service we were promised for and our house was sold in the first week of listing.
